On Wednesday 27th November, Year 3/4 enjoyed a wonderful day out at Catalyst Science Centre in Widnes. They took part in a data logging workshop to investigate the thermal insulating properties of various food packaging and had time to explore the fun and interactive exhibits. A highlight of the day was the ‘Solids, liquids and gases’ science show. All of the children got to take part and there were lots of fascinating facts to be learnt!
