This week, we gathered as a school community to say a fond farewell to our wonderful Year 6 pupils in a special Leavers Service. It was a morning filled with laughter, a few happy tears, and many proud moments as we looked back on their journey through primary school.
From their first nervous steps into Nursery to the confident, kind, and capable young people they’ve become, our Year 6 class has grown in so many ways. The service was a chance to celebrate not only their achievements but also the friendships, fun, and unforgettable experiences that have shaped their time with us.
Pupils shared some of their favourite memories — from school trips and sports days to classroom projects and school plays — reminding us all just how much they’ve learned and how many special moments they’ve created along the way.
A highlight of the event was our annual trophy presentation. Awards were given for excellence in areas such as academic achievement, sportsmanship, creativity, resilience, and leadership. Each award was a tribute to the individual strengths and talents that make this class so unique. We couldn’t be prouder of every single pupil.
To the Year 6 Class of 2025 — thank you for your enthusiasm, your spirit, and your kindness. You’ve left your mark on our school, and you will be missed. As you move on to secondary school and new adventures, we know you’ll continue to shine. Good luck, and never forget that you will always be part of our school family.
