About Us

Holt Community Primary School is a small rural school in the village of Holt in the county borough of Wrexham, North Wales.

Holt school has four classes including a nursery, there are approximately 90 full time 4-11 year old pupils and about 14 part time 3-4 year olds.

The roots of the school date back to 1654, but the present school was opened in 1978.

We were also awarded the Basic Skills Award in November 2004 which was renewed in November 2007, we are also the recipient of the Welsh Network of Healthy Schools Scheme award for 7 years running.
